We are having a patient information evening on Wednesday 22nd May 2024. The speakers will be:
Dementia Forward, Living Well Social Prescribing Link Worker, NHS North Yorkshire Talking Therapies, Digital and Transformation Lead re the NHS App, The Yorkshire Health Network ProActive Care Team, Beech House Care Coordinator
This event is free of charge however there will be refreshments available to purchase on the night, as well as a cake stall to raise money for our PPG funds (Patient Participation Group).
